National Family Support Network
Friends, family members, neighbors, and community members provide emotional support, help solve problems, offer parenting advice, and give concrete assistance to parents. Networks of support are essential to parents and offer opportunities for people to give back. Isolated families may need extra help in reaching out to build positive relationships.
The Carver Center for Families (CCF) in Georgetown, Texas is a family resource center (FRC) that nurtures the health and well-being of children, youth, and families, and builds on the strengths of our community’s parents, caregivers, and residents, as well as the organizations that support them.
