May 20 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

This class will take place online on Zoom. Please see the FAQ at the bottom of the page for more information.

Join Margarita Salas-Morrel, LMSW, LCDC, and SEP of the Samaritan Center to learn about using the tapping technique to relieve stress.

At this workshop, you will learn the Tapping Technique, an emotional first aid tool to help alleviate stress. This technique is an evidence-based strategy that can be used for people of all ages and is based on the self-help trauma tapping technique. We will share a free app that you can use with your family.

Feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Try the tapping technique for instant calm and relaxation. Simply tap on specific points on your body while focusing on your emotions. Take a moment for yourself today and tap into tranquility. Watch the video above to learn more. #tappingforparents #stressrelief #selfcare
