AFFILIATES

    An Affiliate is an organization that utilizes the Carver Center for Families (CCF) space to deliver its programs and is essential to achieve the Center’s mission but is not a tenant within the CCF. CCF Affiliates financially contribute to the Center’s operations via a $200 annual fee.
  • Organization completes the online application.
  • CCF reviews the application and will notify the applicant, by email, of the approval or denial of application, or will request additional information.
  • If the application is approved to become an Affiliate, the applicant will receive additional information and forms to complete.
  • Before the applicant becomes an Affiliate, and before any programs or services can be offered at CCF by the applicant, Georgetown Health Foundation (GHF) reviews all required agreements, the certificate of liability insurance, which must include a sexual harassment endorsement, and receipt of the Affiliate fee. The applicant will then be notified they are an Affiliate.

Network Members

    A Network Member is an organization that utilizes Carver Center for Families (CCF) space to deliver its programs, is not a CCF tenant, and while offering a community benefit, a CCF Network Member may not be essential to achieve the Center’s mission. CCF Network Members financially contribute to the Center’s operations via a $300 annual fee.
    Follow the process below to become a Network Member of the CCF.
  • Organization completes the online application.
  • CCF reviews the application and will notify the applicant, by email, of the approval or denial of application, or will request additional information.
  • If the application is approved to become a Network Member, the applicant will receive additional information and forms to complete.

Volunteers

    Volunteer Program Providers are part of an organization, not individuals, that want to volunteer at Carver Center for Families (CCF) for anything.
    • Follow the process below to become a Volunteer Program Provider of the CCF.
  • Organization completes the online application.
  • CCF reviews the application and will notify the applicant, by email, of the approval or denial of application, or will request additional information.
  • If the application is approved to become a Network Member, the applicant will receive additional information and forms to complete.
  • Before the applicant becomes a Volunteer Program Provider, and before any activities or services can be performed at CCF by the applicant, Georgetown Health Foundation (GHF) reviews all required agreements, and participant liability waivers. The applicant will then be notified they are a Volunteer Program Provider.
